On Top of the World

I left 5 weeks ago for the trip of a lifetime. that is what our family is calling it! Nine of us celebrated my husband and my 35th anniversary with all our kids! We had an incredible time, climbing mountains, swimming in the Konigssee, visiting castles. All of it, just magical.

After Germany I traveled Bulgaria to give talks on my book, Rejecting Fear. It was so moving, to see women speaking about their lives and realizing they could have hope and healing, that words of comfort were for them as well. I was on top of the world.

Then we drove to central Bulgaria to the top of Mt. Stoletov, (1326m) to the Freedom Monument in Shipka National Park-Museum. We climbed the almost 1,000 steps and marveled at the beauty, the majesty, the grandeur of such vistas,

I want to do this the rest of my life! See beautiful places, speak the truth about the freedom we all can have inside ourselves. Maybe the world is a mess all around you, and it is difficult, but you can find a place within where you cultivate beauty, you speak truth and you begin to live in freedom.

It takes time, step by step, maybe 1,000 steps, but every step towards freedom is worth it! Join me on TheInspiredRoad, learning how to be led by love, and take the next step to walk in freedom!

Look for more about my journey as I unpack the trip and from the trip!
