The Loop of Internal Permissions
So, what is within you? What is happening in your world? Is your heart a peaceful place, or are old words or wounds triggering you. You can actually learn to live in a LOOP of internal permissions, instead of that old LOOP of anxiety, pain or fear.
When you can quiet yourself and listen to what you say to yourself about yourself and others you will be so surprised! Is your internal commentary critical or compassionate?
Develop some new habits this Spring… quiet the chatter of your mind with a gentle response to yourself. Wrap your heart in permissions… walk in this loop. Live in it. Breathe in it…

~Are my feet on the ground and am I living in this moment?
~A kind word to ourselves quiets us and helps us move forward.
You might say, “Diane, it isn’t true, I need such and such to change so that I can have more peace, have a less anxious heart.”
Fill in the blank.” I need ____________ to change, so I can have peace. But what if that thing isn’t possible in this moment? What is possible right now.
I can notice what I am saying about situations that make me anxious and I can choose new thoughts to allow peace room to grow and deepen.
What if peace is within?
Give yourself time and permission to rest and listen. Then you can choose to let go of some thoughts.
